Refund Policy

To guarantee premium execution, dedicated scheduling, and logistical safety for every event layout all clients booking poor to you mobile bartending services strictly agreed to the following:

Non-Refundable Retainer ( Booking Deposit )

The Deposit Requirement

​

• To reserve your event on our master booking calendar Pour2U requires a 50% non-refundable retainer deposit alongside our booking confirmation request.

• This 50% retainer deposit immediately secures your date, covers early event planning administrative hours, and initiates our internal cargo/beverage staging logistics. Because Pour2U turns down all subsequent booking inquiries for your specific time slot once confirmed, this deposit is 100% non-refundable under all circumstances, including event cancellations, venue changes, or personal changes of mind.

Final Balance Payment Schedule

• The remaining 50% final contract balance is due in full exactly 30 days prior to you scheduled event date.

• If a client fails to settle their remaining balance by the 30-day deadline, Pour2U reserves the right to immediately cancel the booking, release the calendar slot to waitlisted corporate or private clients, and retain the initial 50% booking deposit.

Late-Stage Cancellation Protocols

​

If you choose to cancel your event after your final contract balance is cleared, your refund eligibility is determined strictly by the number of days remaining until your event:

• Cancellation 31+ Days Before the Event:  you final balance is completely protected. Your will be released from your remaining balance liability, but you initial 50% deposit remains non-refundable.

• Cancellations 15 to 30 days Before the Event: Pour2U will issue a 25% refund of the total contract value. The remaining 75% is retained to cover the product acquisition, Staffing arrangements, staffing arrangement, and loss of calendar opportunity cost.

• Cancellation 14 days or Less Before the Event: No refund will be issued under no circumstances. Any cancellations made within this 2-week window will forfeit 100% of all contract payments. At this stage our certified bartending staff has been locked onto our schedule, fresh ingredients have been ordered, and logistics are fully deployed.

Inclement Weather & Event Rescheduling

• Rain or Shine Policy: Pour2U is a completely mobile, all-weather trailer operation. We will operate rain or shine , provided the venue can provide safe physical setup grounds for the trailer unit. It is the clients responsibility to secure an alternative indoor space, canopy, or tent structure if severe weather hits. Cancellations due to do not qualify for a refund.

• Rescheduling Adjustments: If you need to reschedule your event date, you must submit a written request at least 45 days prior to the original booking date. If Pour2U has  your new requested date open on our master calendar, we will transfer 50% deposit over to the new date for a flat $100.00 administrative rescheduling surcharge. If your new date is unavailable, the cancellation rules above apply.
